The Canna-Hub Business Community concept was created by Canna-Hub founder and CEO Tim McGraw. The passage of adult use cannabis legislation in California and an overhaul of the state’s existing medical cannabis program has sparked a California land rush for business owners seeking to be compliant in this new regulatory environment. Identifying the crucial role that properly zoned real estate for cannabis operations plays in potential operators’ ability to obtain a cannabis business license in California inspired Tim to create Canna-Hub Business Communities, or “cannabis hubs.” Tim’s vision consisted of a designated area where various types of licensees can enjoy the numerous benefits of proximity – and now that vision has become a reality as the Company continues to announce new sites throughout California that are available for lease commitments.
