Livity Dispensary (Arcata, Calif.) was founded by Grand Bahama native, Elliot Marshall. Marshall advocates for medical and recreational cannabis, and hopes to open a dispensary in the Bahamas for Bahamians to create their own flavors and be inspired to join the industry on their own.
