Get verified as an Equity Applicant
Equity Applicants must be verified by the Office of Cannabis before applying for a cannabis business permit. There is no cost to apply for an initial permit. You will pay $5000 for renewals in future years. You must meet some requirements that involve residency, income, cannabis arrests, and housing insecurity.
